Blended Frozen Mocktail with Blendi

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 3/4 cup frozen watermelon

  • 3/4 oz Lucy's Watermelon Snow Cone Syrup 

  • 5-6 Mint Leaves

  • Steel City Salt Co's Watermelon Sugar for a rimming sugar

Directions:

  1. Put all of your ingredients in your Blendi Portable Blender and run for one cycle. 

  2. In a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon Steel City Salt Co's Watermelon Sugar.

  3. Lightly moisten the rim of your glass with a lime slice. Dip the glass into the Watermelon Sugar to line the rim. 

  4. Gently pour in your frozen mocktail and enjoy!
