C. Palmer's Classic Pizzelle Batter

Yield: 12 pizzelles 

Ingredients: 

• 2 cups butter

• 4 cups sugar

• 12 eggs

• 1 oz. Lorann's Anise Oil 

• 1 oz. Lorann's Clear Double-Strength Vanilla Extract

• 4 Tablespoons Baking Powder 

• 9 cups Flour

Directions: 

Mix butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, baking powder, flour, anise oil and vanilla extract.

Mix until combined. The batter should be the consistency of drop cookie dough.
