Ingredients:
- Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- 1-2 Tins Tiny Fish Co Chorizo Spiced Mussels
Directions:
Arrange whole, unbroken chips on a serving dish. Top each chip with a mussel.
Finish the plate with a few drops of the remaining sauce in the tin and a drizzle of olive oil.
Serve with a glass of chilled red wine for peak enjoyment.
