• 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen's Farmhouse Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Butter 


  • In a bowl, mix together your Pancake Mix, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. The batter should be just slightly thicker than water. 
  • Over medium-low heat, heat your crepe pan. Lightly grease your crepe pan with butter. Using 1/4 cup (this is what worked best for our pan, adjust accordingly to your pan size) to scoop your batter onto crepe pan. 
  • Slowly swirl the crepe batter around your pan
