• 1 cup Mixed Fresh Herbs of Choice (Parsley, Chives, Oregano)

  • 1 Lemon, juiced and zested

  • 1 Large Clove of Garlic

  • 1 Tbsp Dark Balsmaic Vinegar of Modena

  • 1/4 cup Caramleized Garlic Infused Olive Oil

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt


  • In a Blendi Portable Blender, combine mixed herbs, lemon juice and zest, garlic, dark balsamic, olive oil, and 1/4 tsp sea salt. Set aside.

  • Recipe Note: We used parsley, chives, and oregano to create this chimichurri, but feel free to play with the fresh herbs.Cilantro, dill, basil, or mint would also be great options!

  • Prepare a protein or a side of your choice.

  • Top the protein or sides liberally with the Chimichurri herb sauce
