1 cup Mixed Fresh Herbs of Choice (Parsley, Chives, Oregano)
1 Lemon, juiced and zested
1 Large Clove of Garlic
1 Tbsp Dark Balsmaic Vinegar of Modena
1/4 cup Caramleized Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
In a Blendi Portable Blender, combine mixed herbs, lemon juice and zest, garlic, dark balsamic, olive oil, and 1/4 tsp sea salt. Set aside.
Recipe Note: We used parsley, chives, and oregano to create this chimichurri, but feel free to play with the fresh herbs.Cilantro, dill, basil, or mint would also be great options!
Prepare a protein or a side of your choice.
Top the protein or sides liberally with the Chimichurri herb sauce
