60 Second Pesto with Blendi


  • 1/3 c olive oil

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 cups loosely packed basil

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • Squeeze of lemon to taste


  1. Add olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic to the Blendi. Blend for one cycle.

  2. Add the basil, and blend once more.

  3. Stir in cheese to serve and add a squeeze of lemon for flavor and to prevent browning.

  4. Leftover pesto can be stored in the fridge tightly covered for up to three days or frozen for later use!
