Shipping & Returns
We often have visitors from out-of-town who can’t carry things home with them, so we are always happy to pack them up and ship items wherever you need them to go. Naturally, we do have to charge for shipping, but by partnering with UPS for our shipping needs, we try to keep shipping costs reasonable for our customers!
Online Merchandise Return Policy:
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returns require a copy of the order to be returned with your shipment. All refunds will be made by original method of payment. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging, all parts included, and instructional booklets (if applicable). Gift cards are not able to be refunded.
* 2023 Holiday Returns:
* Holiday Returns must be made before January 25, 2024 with a gift receipt or original receipt for a refund to the original method of payment. All returns made after January 25, 2024 will be issued as a store credit. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging, all parts included, and instructional booklets (if applicable). Gift cards are not able to be refunded.
How to Return Online Items:
Online purchases can either be returned in store or shipped to In The Kitchen. When shipping back a return to In The Kitchen, be sure to include a copy of your receipt/packing list, your name, phone number and instructions on whether to return or replace the item as needed. Items shipped back to us should have a tracking number and we recommend insuring them. We will process your return as soon as it arrives.
