This 5 wheel pastry cutter is constructed of stainless steel, making it extremely durable and resistant to rust.
Quickly cut large amounts of pasta and pastry dough with this 5 wheel stainless steel pastry cutter.
Its 5 wheels, each measuring 2 1/8" in diameter, are riveted on an expandable arm to make adjustments easy.
When this cutter is fully extended, there is approximately 5" of space between each wheel, while the distance is approximately 1/2" between each wheel when collapsed.
For safety and precision, the cutting wheels can be locked into place by tightening the wingnut located in the center of the adjustable arm.
